Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, functions, and stays at the Nehjit Resort premises. By confirming a booking, the Client/Guest agrees to abide by these terms.

1. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

A. Confirmation & Payment

Taxes: All charges, including package fees (Prime, Maniature, Family Stay, Food), and extra services are quoted excluding applicable government taxes (GST). Taxes will be added to the final invoice as per prevailing rates.

Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a specified non-refundable advance payment as mutually agreed upon by the Resort Management and the Client.

Guaranteed Guests (Events): The final guaranteed number of guests for any event must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the function date. Billing will be based on the guaranteed number or the actual number of attendees, whichever is higher.

B. Cancellation Policy (Standard Event/Package Booking)

A cancellation fee will be levied as a percentage of the total estimated billing:

Time Frame Before Function Date Cancellation Charges (Retention)
More than 90 days 25% of the total estimated package cost.
60 to 90 days 50% of the total estimated package cost.
30 to 59 days 75% of the total estimated package cost.
Less than 30 days 100% of the total estimated package cost.

A request for postponement of a confirmed booking will be treated as a cancellation, and the above retention charges will apply.

2. Guest Stay and Venue Usage

A. Check-in and Check-out

Event Packages (Regular): The venue access time is 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Next Morning) for the respective package duration (1, 2, 3, or 6 days).

Family Stay Packages: The standard duration is 22 hours (12:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day).

Late Check-out/Early Check-in: Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional day-use charges as determined by management.

B. Identification and Documentation

All guests must provide valid Government-issued photo identification and address proof at the time of check-in/arrival. For non-resident Indians/Foreigners, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.

The maximum capacity for guests must strictly adhere to the package limits (e.g., Maniature less than 250, Mini Covered Lawn less than 200, Family Stay as per package size).

C. Catering and Food Policy

Outside Food/Beverages are strictly prohibited within the Resort premises. All food and beverage requirements must be sourced through the Resort's in-house catering or an approved caterer.

Food packages (Vegetarian/Non-Vegetarian) are subject to the per-person rates listed in the chosen package tier (Basic, Standard, Premium, VIP).

D. Utility and Extra Charges

Electricity Charges: The Client shall be liable to pay for all electricity consumed during the event as per the actual consumption on a unit rate basis. This charge is separate from the package price.

Power Back-up (Generator): Use of power back-up is available on request. Charges are Rs 15,000/- + taxes for prebooking and Rs 25,000/- + taxes for on-spot booking (per day).

3. Resort Property Rules

A. Decoration and Equipment

The Client is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of all Flower Decorations, color stage lighting, colorful gate lighting, and other specific decor beyond the inclusions of the chosen package (Roman Stage, fibre articles, white lighting, etc.).

Specific inclusions like the Shaded Green Lawn, LED Screen (12 ft. x 8 ft.), and Loud DJ System are available at an extra charge as specified in the Exclusions list

B. Conduct and Liability

Damage: The Client will be held responsible and liable for any damage to the Resort's movable or immovable property, including but not limited to the Stage, Water Fountain, Sound System, Swimming Pool, Kids Play Area, and the Prestige Point Building accommodation, caused by the Client or their guests. Repair/replacement costs will be charged to the Client.

Prohibited Activities: Cooking inside rooms, any ignition, gambling, use of prohibited articles, illegal activities, or behaviour disturbing the peace of other guests are strictly prohibited.

Noise: Guests must adhere to local rules regarding noise levels, especially for outdoor music. The Resort Management reserves the right to control the volume of the sound system (JBL 1100 Watt/Loud DJ System) to comply with regulations.

Personal Belongings: The Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles of the Client or their guests.

Right of Admission: The Management reserves the absolute right to refuse admission or to request any guest to vacate the premises without notice in case of violation of these terms or for reasons of safety and security.
